Overview
For a renewable-energy company outgrowing three leased floors, we collaborated with Cascadia Commercial Builders to deliver a quietly minimal headquarters floor. The project celebrates walnut millwork, garden-facing glazing, and a workplace culture built on calm, considered interiors, resulting in one of the most understated offices we have completed.
Project Details
Deep charcoal walls and a low, modular seating group turn the top floor into a lounge the whole company actually uses. Full-height glazing opens the room onto a private garden, while a run of dark walnut shelving holds the studio's reference library within reach. A single arcing floor lamp and polished concrete floors keep the palette calm enough for focus, warm enough to linger.
