Overview
For a hospitality group assembling three historic warehouse parcels, we collaborated with Lowcountry Builders to deliver a flagship dining room and bar behind the retained street facades. The project celebrates dark wood paneling, a veined marble bar, and commercial rooms generous enough to hold their own against the architecture.
Project Details
Behind the preserved brick fronts, a veined marble bar anchors the front room beneath glass-fronted wine storage and a single oversized floral arrangement. Dark walnut paneling and low task lighting carry the material language back through to a quieter dining room beyond. A rooftop dining terrace rides just below the historic parapet line, invisible from the street but open to the harbor.
